workout wednesdays!!


Oh boy, do I understand!

Just take a look at this week's workout:




So this week's has quite a bit of freestlying.

cuz I figured you all probably have

    You are a really good dancer...and a great reminder for myself to not take myself too seriously. I almost didn't have dancing at my wedding because I get so embarrassed at how poorly I dance.
