I don't know about you guys
but I'm not quite ready to say goodbye to pumpkin.
I got this recipe from one of my co-workers,
and its srsly the easiest recipe on the planet.
We can do this by pictures:
There are literally no other ingredients!
Just the cake powder & can of pumpkin!
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25min.
And for some reason I've been Ms. Suzy Homemaker lately
and I've also made Baked Egg Boats and Crash Potatoes:

Pumpkin muffins; otherwise known as Puffins... according to my hubby. They were delicious! Thanks for sharing them with us! I'm SO glad to know that the recipe is THAT easy. I'm so doing it.
Dude. I may or may not have just cooked up some fabulous pumpkin bread just yesterday. Obviously, we're in the same boat.
Dude! I am so excited to make all of these!!! Did you use the big can of pumpkin or the regular size can (15oz)?
