Shoppe Local: Topit Cupcakes

May I introduce my new favorite cupcake place, TopIt Cupcakes?!

These guys really make me feel like I'm a judge on cupcake wars.

They come up with some really original cupcakes and execute them perfectly.

At the top left you can see I tried their pancake cupcake with maple frosting and bacon crumbles.

It was everything I could have dreamed. The flavors worked beautifully together.

The other cupcake was a cookie dough cupcake

and it is hands down the BEST cupcake I've ever had.

Ever.

Plus, they have a cupcake topping bar. How cute is that?

So go eat them. Now. Frealz.

Shoppe Local: Eclectic Monkey Emporium

Today's Shoppe Local features my favorite type of store-

a thrift store. Its in my blood. And I love it.

Eclectic Monkey Emporium

is in downtown Mesa

and is rapidly growing.

Every time I go there they

have a new portion of their store

jazzed up and more sweet merch.

Alright ladies & gents,

its that time again…

the time that I announce what local food

I've recently smunched in muh mouf.

I mighta blogged about this one before

& its worth blogging twice anyway.

Amazing space, tasty sandwiches, nom shakes and mo.

Shoppe Local: Modern Burger

 

Modern burger is a simple, yet lovely place

for quick and filling dining.

Its in Scottsdale mall right outside of Modern Steak

which is an uhhshmazing resteraunt

with more selections and much higher prices,

great for special occasions.

Anybody who's seen this place

knows the decor is absolutely beautiful.

It has an ultra glam feeling

while still feeling modern (ha) & quirky.

The limited menu (seen in the top photo)

at Modern Burger is absolutely delish.

They really nailed the slider.

I get it with their tasty fries and perfect housemade lemonade!

& they also rock in the ice cream sandwich category!
